The overall aim of the group is to have a positive, effective relationship between the Practice and its patients and ensure the Practice remains accountable and responsive to its patients needs.
The group will:
Membership of the Group You must be a current patient of the Practice to become involved. We want to encourage all of our patients to get involved in some way, even if you are not a frequent visitor to us!
We want to hear the voice of as many patients as possible, and to work towards developing a better Practice for everyone.
Meetings of the core group and practice representatives are held bi-monthly, on a Wednesday evening, usually the second Wednesday of the month.

The easiest way to contact the PRG is to e-mail pgcomments.mmc.@nhs.net or to drop a paper response into the practice for the attention of the Patient Reference Group.

Chair Person from MMC's patient participation group, promote our appointment system and explain why our receptionists ask questions when calling to book an appointment. All of our staff are bound by confidentiality, the same as all of our clinician's; we are here to help.
