As a patient if you need to be referred for treatment that cannot be provided at the practice, you are able to choose an appropriate healthcare provider using a national system called "e-RS"

Click here for further information on e-RS

Please ask your GP if you have a preference on where you’d like to be referred too. If you do not specify a preference at the time of referral, we will normally refer you to a local treatment centre, depending on what you are being referred for this is usually either in Peterborough, Boston, or Lincoln. Limited services and clinics are also available at the Johnson Community Hospital in Spalding, and we are working to try to improve and support these wherever possible.

How e-RS works

You will be sent a unique number called a UBRN and a password to enable you to arrange your appointment. Please do not lose this information; you will need it if you have to contact the centre on any future occasion.

Please contact the "e-RS Booking Centre"  following the booking instructions on the paperwork. This will allow you to arrange an appointment at a time and date you agree with the "e-RS Booking Team"
