Alert: Telephone System Changes

As part of the wider NHS plans to improve services and Patients experience, all GP providers will be moving away from old analogue telephony systems and moved onto a more friendly and streamline cloud based system. Our surgery will be going live with our new telephone system on Wednesday 27th March. There may be some minor disruption to our services on Wednesday as we merge across to the new phone system, so we ask that patients bear with us and if your enquiry is not of an urgent nature and can be dealt with by submitting an E-Consult - this would be greatly appreciated

Please listen to all options on the new phone system to ensure you select the correct options, as these may have changed and new options have also been added. During busy call periods, if you are held in a queue on the new system there will be the option to receive a call back now from the surgery.

We thank your cooperation and understanding. Submit an e-consult here
